The day-to-day management of the global EcoPort programme will be the responsibility of an appointed Chief Executive Officer, (CEO). As per the Founding Bylaws of the EcoPort Foundation Inc., the incorporator of the Foundation, C.A.J. Putter is the CEO of the Foundation since the date of its incorporation and will serve in this capacity until a period of five (5) years has passed from the date of the first formal meeting of the Governing Board.

An Interim Board (see Bylaws) will manage the transition between incorporation and the first elections wherein Foundation Members will elect the first Governing Board.

When critical management decisions have to be made, the four members of the Executive Committee will be consulted to reach a consensus decision.

Caveat

Financial resources will determine much of the outcomes of these stated management objectives.
