Negotiations between the Foundation and the NGO Council of Kenya, which has a membership of about 2500 NGO members spread throughout rural Kenya, have signed a 'cooperation Agreement' wherein the parties undertake to collaborate in establishing EcoPort Kenya in Nairobi under the auspices of the NGOCouncil.

Also these negotiations and developments are in very early stages of development, but the process of learning has commenced.
