This is a website devoted to the collective drafting of a Constitution for the EcoPort Foundation Inc. This drafting process is informed by the rich source of guidance provided by the not-for-profit Canadian Institute On Governance and the forum discussions of the Institute for Global Ethics. The process is also informed by the Open Source Definition of computer software and the general extension of its implications to copyleft, open-source content as explained in the general philosophy and technology strategy of the EcoPort system and service.
